Our team pairs three planners with complementary focus. Elena Papadaki covers Greece, Croatia and island logistics. Sofia Marchetti covers Italy, food routes and slow coastal stays. Marcus Whitfield covers booking windows, transfers and complex multi-stop timing. You are matched by trip type, not by queue.
How does our planning process work? We start with a consult call about dates, budget and pace, then we send a written proposal with hotels, routes and prices. You review options and we revise once before deposits. This keeps decisions calm and documented.
What happens after you book? We confirm every hotel, ferry, flight and transfer in writing with times and contact points. Before departure you receive a pre-trip brief with day-by-day movements, packing notes and local contacts. During travel we provide in-trip support by message and phone for delays, weather changes and schedule shifts.
Who do we serve best? We serve couples, families and small groups planning 7 to 14 day Mediterranean trips with mid-range to upper-mid budgets. If you want rushed multi-country loops or high-volume group departures, we are not the right fit. You gain a plan built around your dates, mobility and interests.
How do 2026 prices shape our proposals? Mid-range weeks we plan run 1800 to 3200 EUR per couple excluding long-haul flights, depending on month and hotel style. View rooms and August dates sit at the upper end. You approve each cost line before we take deposits.
What areas do we cover? We cover Greece, Italy, Malta, Gozo, Cyprus, Turkey and Croatia, with island ferries, boutique hotels and private drivers. We do not book large cruise groups or multi-country bus loops. You get a focused route with fewer, longer stops.
How do we handle changes? Schedules shift in spring and weather affects boats, so we recheck tickets 72 hours before travel. If a sailing retimes, we adjust pickups and hotel arrivals. You receive updated meeting points by message the same day.
